Hans Zijlstra CEO
As a geologist and the owner of GeoChemTec, Hans has been busy with rocks, soil and water for more than 25 years. He likes working in nature with minerals and geochemical technology, going with the geochemical cycle.
Hans holds a PhD in earth sciences, is author of diverse scientific publications and a EU key expert in the remediation of pollution from abandoned historic ore mines.
Hans has lived abroad for many years and worked with international partners developing innovative methods and mineral materials for better environmental management.
Hans likes to spend his free time with his loved ones, photographing, programming, playing chess, cycling and scuba diving, when the sea is near again.
